Data controller
The data controller is Røisland & Co AS. The CEO is responsible for the processing of personal data by Røisland & Co AS and its subsidiaries Røisland & Co Eiendomsmegling AS and Røisland & Co Rådgivning AS.
Purpose
We process personal data to fulfil agreements on buying and selling homes, to market homes and our services, as part of the estate agency's control measures, and for statistics and customer analysis.
What data
Contact details (name, email, phone, address) and whatever you write in our forms. Forms on this website are used only to answer your enquiry.
Retention
Data is not kept longer than necessary. Norwegian estate agency regulations require us to keep documents relating to an assignment for ten years.
Your rights
You may request access, correction and deletion, and complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority. Contact us at post@roislandco.no.
Cookies
This website only uses necessary cookies / local storage (for example to remember that you closed the cookie banner). We do not use advertising tracking.
