For developers
The buyers' voice inside your project.
Røisland & Co is a centre of expertise in real estate, specialising in the sale and development of new residential projects. For more than 20 years we have been a strategic partner to developers large and small — for the best product at the highest possible price and the lowest possible risk.
Project sales
Selling new builds well takes brokers who know the project inside out. Our project department has dedicated project brokers who follow each development from early phase to handover — giving deep product knowledge and great buyer follow-up. We run group and private viewings in digital 3D models, at show centres or at our office.
Advisory
Market insight is crucial in the design phase. We are the only firm to have made market insight a business area of its own, working as a team with architect, project manager and developer. The right choices early minimise sales risk and optimise the result.
Market monitoring (MOV)
Since 2010 we have collected data on every relevant new-build project with more than ten units in Oslo and selected surrounding municipalities. We track sales starts and measure sales rates monthly — the basis for correct pricing, acquisition reports and competitor analyses.
Marketing
We work closely with the best developers, agencies and players in the industry, tailoring the marketing strategy for each project — from web and sales material to campaigns.
Settlement
Our own settlement department, in the same office as the brokers. Ownership structure, sectioning, coordination and construction-loan bank are key words. We also offer settlement services to developers with their own sales teams.
RCO Interior Design
Concept development in early phases and an options process with great customer handling throughout. The company is owned 50/50 by Gitte Rimstad and Røisland & Co.
